Day 48 - Max Cardio
So, we had to take a day off (see day 47) because of this: http://nicadeline.tumblr.com/post/28677011439/tragedy But, we’re back and today felt pretty darn good. It was the first time we were scheduled to do both the Cardio and Abs video. My knees felt pretty good and my abs were ON FIRE by the end.
Day 47 - rest

I still hate this video. The end. Just kidding, I did it, but I swapped out any knee stuff. I think I’ll be back to normal tomorrow.
Day 45 - Max Pylo
I took it easy on the knee today and subbed out some of the exercises for less knee intense ones. It went pretty good, I was able to get through most of the workout. I’m trying to keep on top of icing. DIG DEEPER, BITCHES.
Days 43 and 44
43 was great, i felt good. 44- my knee was too sore to work out today. i’m icing and medicating. crossing my fingers for tomorrow.
Day 42 - Max Cardio
I continue to be disappointed my upper body strength, or lack thereof. On a positive note, I felt like we really pushed hard. Afterwards, we went for a very short run and it felt pretty good.
Days 40 and 41--catch up post
So we took Friday as our rest day instead of Saturday because of the Olympic Opening Ceremonies. Day 41-Max Pylo-better than list time…I think. SO MANY PUSH UPS. I cannot do those side push up’s-yet. =) After a little lounging and Olympic watching, we’re going to do the Max Pylo DVD.
Does any one else hate these recovery videos as much as me? I just want my heart to explode from my chest. I don’t want to pulse. Ugh. I am thinking of switching to different videos on Recovery days…any one else tried that? Tomorrow will be better!!!

Whew! What a workout. Our friend said that the first week of the second month was really tough and he was not kidding. I’ve never done so many push ups in my life. . Day 36 - Max Interval and Fit Test
Most things were better on the fit test even though I felt like crap from my poor food and drink choices. Also, wow. Just wow.
Bad day. My parents have been visiting and of course we’ve been going out to eat and drinking beer. AWFUL. I feel like poop. As bad as this sounds, I will be glad when they leave so we can go back to out normal diet. My mom is especially picky about food. She won’t even eat a salad. Of course she is overweight and has breathing problems and it is really frustrating to watch her...

Day 32-Rinse and Repeat
Ok, so yesterday the morning snuggles were too good to get up at 5am to do Insanity—-so we did it after work, around 6:00pm. This morning we worked out at 5:20am…2 Insanity workouts less than 12 HOURS. DIG DEEPER? DUG DEEPER.

I really like the new video-I can almost do it all without stopping, which is a change from the regular DVD’s. The leg and shoulder stuff at the end is killer. I can barely lift my arms above my head today. I am a little scared about the 60 minute craziness that will be happening next week. DIG DEEPER……JOSH.

I hate this workout. I makes my knees super sore. Then, because I don’t feel like it was enough of a workout, I over do it with swimming or hiking or running and I’m less recovered than before! Ugh. Day 24-Pylometric Cardio
Level’s 1’s and In and Out’s are killer. I am doing more each time, which is awesome. we have Cardio Recovery tomorrow——not looking forward to it. It’s my least favorite workout. It feels like it lasts forever, makes everything hurt and I barely break a sweat. But if Shaun T says to do it, I will.
Day 23-Cardio Power and Resistance
Today was tough. I guess we over did it yesterday! I managed to do most of the workout-sort of. Side note: usually when it is rainy, my ankle, knee and hip start to hurt. No swimming =( There was lightning in the area, so the pool was closed. We usually work out at 5am-but we could not drag our asses out of bed this morning, so we worked out at 8pm. I am not sure what happened, but we kicked ass tonight. Sweat everywhere. Tomorrow we swim and run!

I really like this workout. Even though it hurts like crazy. I feel stronger everyday. Tomorrow is the first time we do the pure cardio and cardio abs together and I am a little scared.

Day 3-Cardio Power and Resistance
There was a moment today when I thought, “This might be the day this makes me puke.” Then it passed. My calves are pretty tight and I am a little sore, but overall I feel pretty good. Also, when Shaun says, “Check your heart rate”, I think: “I don’t need a fancy heart rate monitor—I can see it pounding though my shirt.”
